Creative Director/ Copywriter

I’ve spent 16 years in advertising working across some of the world’s biggest brands on everything from TV and OOH to events and VR.

Currently I’m immersed in all things social, Ai and metaverse at Meta. Here, I’ve led external advertising agencies to help change international policy and hit targets on brand sentiment lift. I’ve concepted Facebook’s US response to Black Lives Matter and helped the platform navigate COVID. I am also the go-to for CD cover and regularly mentor junior staff members.

Before Facebook, I spent 3 years at Ogilvy London creating and pitching work to clients on the Global Philips account and Kronenbourg. I always worked directly into the ECD and closely with XFN teams to develop 360 campaigns that hit sentiment, impressions and sales targets.

Previous to this, I spent 7 years working at Media Arts Lab on Apple. I concepted launches for iPad, iPhone, Watch and also worked on brand campaigns and Apple Music. As Associate Creative Director  I originated global ideas working in the London and LA offices and led teams of Creatives localising US campaigns for Europe and MERT.

During periods of Freelance I have written for Samsung and helped rebrand EasyProperty, CarFinance247 and FastHosts as well as chains of beauty and nail salons. As Creative Director I pitch directly to clients and create timelines and scopes of work.

Previously I spent three years as Head of Copy for the ADCAN Awards, creating their tone of voice and shaping PR releases.

I started my career at Albion London on a range of clients including Skype, Innocent Smoothies for Kids, BlackBerry, eBay and Betfair.

Before moving into advertising I gained a BA in English Literature at Oxford University.
